01 / Standard delivery

Next-working-day delivery for eligible in-stock products

Place an eligible in-stock order before 12:00 noon and we will prepare it for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will normally be processed on the following working day.

Product availability and the applicable delivery timing will be shown on the product page and confirmed again at checkout.

We do not currently offer a separate express-delivery service.

02 / Oversized items

Specialist delivery for large lighting fixtures

Certain lighting fixtures, including large pendants, floor lamps and chandeliers, require specialist delivery. Qualifying products are identified as oversized items in our catalogue.

• Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days.
• Eligible oversized-item orders of £150 or more receive free delivery.
• A £6.95 charge applies to eligible oversized-item orders under £150.

03 / Long-length profiles

Specialist delivery for architectural profiles

Architectural profiles require specialist delivery because of their length. The rates below apply to long-length architectural profiles.

The long-profile delivery charge applies regardless of the standard free-delivery threshold.

04 / How charges combine

The applicable delivery rate is calculated once per order

• Eligible standard and oversized-item orders of £150 or more receive free delivery; eligible orders under £150 are charged £6.95.
• The highest relevant delivery rate is charged once per order, subject to consignment requirements.
• When an order contains multiple long profiles, the highest applicable long-profile rate is charged once, subject to carrier packaging limits.
• When standard products and long profiles are ordered together, the long-profile rate replaces the standard £6.95 charge unless separate consignments are required.
• The final charge is shown before payment and reflects the products and delivery address in your basket.

05 / Lead times

Availability is shown before you order

Where available, each product page shows its current stock position or expected lead time. The timing displayed at checkout takes account of the products in your basket and should be treated as the clearest indication for your order.

For orders containing products with different lead times, the overall delivery date may be based on the item requiring the longest preparation time.

06 / Split deliveries

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery

We aim to deliver orders together wherever practical. Products held in different locations, requiring different preparation, or carrying different lead times may be dispatched separately so that ready items are not unnecessarily delayed.

Where separate consignments are required, the applicable delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout. Your dispatch communications will identify which products are included in each delivery.

07 / Tracking

We will confirm when your order is on its way

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. Where carrier tracking is available, the relevant tracking information will be included.

Please check that your email address, telephone number and delivery address are accurate before placing your order.

08 / Delivery area

UK delivery only

At launch, we deliver to UK addresses only. The available delivery method, timing and charge for your basket will be shown at checkout.

For an address or project with unusual access requirements, please contact us before ordering.

09 / Unexpected delays

We will keep you informed

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, access restrictions or an unexpected stock issue. Where we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Delivery dates are estimates until dispatch is confirmed, but we will always work to resolve any issue as quickly and clearly as possible.
